As someone who worked in the retail world, SJ has plenty of sympathy for Paulie - there were times when things would finally get into a rhythm and then suddenly management decided they wanted to just...not do what was working anymore. 😑

Those kinds of changes can be stressful - we're surprised Paulie has any hair (or feathers) left!
